Sinopsis Kursus
Kursus ini direka bentuk khas untuk semua Pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Gred 41 hingga Gred 56 yang telah melalui FTSP Workshop (Elementary Level) dan berminat mendalami lagi ilmu FTSP ke peringkat seterusnya.
Objektif Kursus
- At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to use Futures Wheel Concept in FTSP
- At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to use Future Triangle Concept in FTSP
- At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to explain Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) Model in FTSP; and
- At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to explain Different Approaches to FTSP (Singapore Centre of Strategic Futures Approach; and Oliver Freeman's Q.U.E.S.T Approach)
