INTAN Stand and Speak: Talk Your Way To The Top (TYWTTT) is a public speaking competition
organised by the National Institute of Public Administration / Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN)
that is open to public service officers across Malaysia. Top three prize winners of past TYWTTT
editions are not allowed to participate again. TYWTTT consists of three phases:
Phase 1: Audition and Selection
Phase 2: Coaching & Mentoring and Semi-final Competition
Phase 3: Final Competition

This course is only LIMITED to the selected participants from Phase 1.

1. To enhance public speaking skills and English language proficiency among public service officers. Selected participants will participate in a two-day online coaching and mentoring sessions to prepare them for the semi-final. The semi-final will be conducted online on the third day.
