Kursus ini di bawah Kluster Latihan Pembangunan Kendiri (Protokol dan Bahasa).

INTAN Talk Your Way To The Top 2024 - Speak Like a Toastmaster is a public speaking competition organised by the National Institute of Public Administration / Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) that is open to all grades and schemes in the civil service across Malaysia. Top three prize winners of past TYWTTT editions are not allowed to participate again. TYWTTT consists of three phases:
 

Phase 1: Audition and Selection
Phase 2: Coaching & Mentoring and Semi-final Competition
Phase 3: Final Competition

This course is only LIMITED to the selected participants from Phase 1.

Objektif Kursus
  1. Mempamerkan kemahiran dan bakat pengucapan awam bahasa Inggeris oleh penjawat awam Malaysia;
  2. Menambah bilangan penjawat awam yang mampu menyampaikan ucapan dengan cemerlang, yakin dan profesional menerusi latihan dan bimbingan yang disediakan.; dan
  3. Menyediakan platform bagi penjawat awam untuk bersaing secara sihat dalam pertandingan seumpama ini.
