Sinopsis Kursus

This course provides exposure to organizational elements, and processes to understand how to make things work  (Figure out how things work)  and identify their strengths and opportunities for self-development in the field of leadership.

Objektif Kursus
  1. Relate the study of transformational leadership with managing organisation;
  2. Provide an integrated view on TLOM , embracing both theory and practice;
  3. Point out applications of framework, approaches and tools for management actions; and
  4. Increase awareness of and skills in TLOM

Open to senior officers Grades 48 - 56.
