Sinopsis Kursus
Kursus ini di bawah Kluster Latihan Pembangunan Kendiri (Protokol & Bahasa).
Kursus Enhancing Delivery Service: English for Functional Purposes adalah sebuah kursus interaktif yang dilaksanakan bagi meningkatkan keyakinan para peserta untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris. Sasaran kursus ini ialah kumpulan pelaksana. Peserta akan didedahkan dengan penggunaan tatabahasa dan sebutan bahasa Inggeris yang betul, serta cara mengendalikan pelanggan secara bersemuka dan dalam telefon menggunakan bahasa yang sesuai. Peserta berpeluang berinteraksi secara langsung bersama rakan-rakan dan perunding latihan, serta melakukan aktiviti amali seperti temu ramah bersama orang awam dan persembahan berkumpulan.
Objektif Kursus
- Interact confidently with customers over the counter and on the telephone
- Improve the use of grammar in spoken English at their workplace
- Pronounce English words correctly
- Apply different language functions for different purposes
- Deliver presentations confidently
