Kursus ini direka bentuk khas untuk pegawai Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional dari gred 41 sehingga 54 yang berkhidmat di kementerian/jabatan/agensi persekutuan dan kerajaan negeri.
Objektif Kursus
- At the end of this course, participants are expected to understand and identify the elements of Leadership Gaps
- At the end of this course, participants are expected to identify the process of managing gaps through strategic leadership in their organizations; and
- At the end of this course, participants are expected to adopt relevant approaches and leadership solutions to manage organizational gaps and change
