1. At the end of the elementary workshop, participants will be able to explain the important concepts in Futures Thinking and Scenario Planning (FTSP);
   
2. At the end of the elementary workshop, participants will be able to explain the five basic approaches / models in scenario building
   
3. At the end of the elementary workshop, participants will be able to List down the steps needed in implementing Futures Thinking and Scenario Planning (FTSP) initiatives; and
   
4. At the end of the elementary workshop, participants will be able to implement basic Futures Thinking and Scenario Planning initiatives for their own ministries, agencies or organisations.
