Kursus ini membincangkan perubahan landskap komunikasi dan penampilan profesional dalam era kecerdasan buatan (AI). Peserta akan didedahkan kepada bagaimana teknologi AI mengubah cara manusia berinteraksi — sama ada secara verbal, bukan verbal, mahupun visual — dalam pelbagai platform digital. Fokus diberikan kepada komunikasi berkesan dalam persekitaran yang dipacu AI seperti penggunaan avatar, chatbot, serta algoritma penilaian penampilan dalam temu duga kerja, media sosial, dan mesyuarat maya.
